PARIVRTTAIKAPADS SHIRSHASANA
TECHNIQUE
1. After completing Parsava
Shirshasana , spread the legs apart ,move the left leg forward and right
leg backward evenly.
2. Exhale ,twist the spine to right so that legs move
sideways clockwise through 90 degrees.
3. After turning sideways, keep legs poker stiff by
tightening the hamstring muscles, knees and calves.
4. After staying in position for near about half a minute
come back to salamba shirshasan change
the poison of legs by moving right leg forward and left leg backward, twist the
spine to left so that legs move anticlockwise through 90 degrees .Stay for near
about half minute and come back.
